Who controls the site data
The controller for Wrivel is the publisher identified in the Legal notice, which contains the full legal identity and registered contact details. Privacy and legal questions can be sent to legal@wrivel.com.
Planner and field-tool data
The core yard planner and field tools calculate in your browser. The current planner is stored locally under wrivel-plan; the infiltration worksheet uses wrivel-infiltration-test; the Storm Observation Log uses wrivel-storm-log. These local entries are used to provide the requested tool functionality and are not used by Wrivel to build an advertising profile. Technical request and security data
When you visit Wrivel, ordinary internet request data can be processed to deliver and protect the site—for example IP address, request time, requested URL, browser/device headers and security signals. Wrivel uses Cloudflare for hosting/delivery, security and related infrastructure. Processing necessary to keep the service secure and reliable is based on the controller's legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site, subject to applicable law.
Advertising, consent and measurement
Wrivel uses Google AdSense. Google and participating advertising technology providers may process identifiers, consent signals, device/browser information and ad interaction data for advertising and measurement according to the choices and information presented in the consent interface. Where consent is required for non-essential advertising storage or personalized advertising, Wrivel relies on that consent; you can refuse or manage those choices in the consent interface. Advertising does not change Wrivel's calculation constants or planner results.
Share links
Wrivel creates planner share links in your browser. The URL contains planner inputs and sketch data, so anyone who receives it can read those values. When a share URL is opened, the URL and query parameters are sent as part of the normal web request through hosting/security infrastructure and may be present in ordinary technical or security logs. Do not place sensitive personal information in a share URL.
Recipients and service providers
Relevant data may be processed by infrastructure and advertising providers needed for the purposes above, including Cloudflare and Google/Google AdSense and, where applicable, advertising technology providers identified through the consent interface. Wrivel does not sell planner measurements as a customer database.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside Slovenia or the European Economic Area. Where such transfers are subject to GDPR transfer rules, the relevant provider/controller must use an applicable transfer mechanism or safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards, as described in its current privacy information.
How long data is kept
Local planner and infiltration-tool state stays in your browser until you use the relevant reset control or clear site data. Wrivel does not create an account record for that local state. Technical/security and advertising data may be retained for periods required for their respective security, delivery, consent, measurement or legal purposes according to the applicable configuration and provider policies; Wrivel does not promise a shorter period where the provider or a legal requirement controls that retention.
Your data-protection rights
Where GDPR applies and Wrivel is the controller of your personal data, you may have rights to access, rectify or erase data, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, receive portable data where the legal conditions apply, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Because most planner state stays only in your own browser, resetting/clearing local site data is often the direct way to remove it.
Complaints
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Slovenia this is the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
Automated decisions
Wrivel's calculators produce planning estimates from the values you enter. Wrivel does not use those calculator outputs to make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
